Real SEO Systems

Also known as data-first SEO, bot-data-led SEO

Short Definition

Real SEO Systems is Krisada Eaton's way of running SEO: every decision comes from observed behavior on live websites, using a joined view of Google Search Console data and raw website hosting logs, not from a best-practice checklist.

Definition

What it means in the system.

Real SEO Systems is how I actually do SEO. Not the theory version. The version where a change only counts if the data on a live site moves.

The core idea is simple. I do not start from a list of best practices. I start from what the machines are already doing on the site. Then I change one thing and watch what happens.

The systems part matters as much as the SEO part. Curiosity runs the experiments. Systems keep the wins so I stop repeating the losses.

Underneath it is one custom data mashup, joined per URL and per day. One side is Google. Search Console gives me the queries people typed, impressions, clicks, average position, and which pages Google chose to show. The other side is the website's own hosting. Raw server access logs give me every request: which bot hit which URL, what user agent it claimed, the status code it got back, and how often it returned.

Neither half tells the whole story. Search Console shows human demand and where I ranked, and almost nothing about AI crawlers. The server logs show every crawler, Googlebot and GPTBot and ClaudeBot and PerplexityBot and the rest, but they do not know what a human searched. Put the two together per URL and you can watch the whole chain: a bot crawls a page, the page gets indexed, it starts collecting impressions, then clicks. Or it does not, and the logs usually show you why first.

What this is not. It is not a rank tracker. It is not a plugin. It is not one clever trick on one page. It is a repeatable loop I run across a portfolio of sites, where each site is a test surface and the pattern that survives on three of them becomes a system.

Correlation is not causation, and I try to write it that way. A 30-day read gets labelled as a 30-day read. The logs half only works if you actually keep and parse raw logs, which most setups quietly throw away.

The posture under all of it: we do not architect claims, we architect the receipts.

In Practice

Where it shows up.

One of the clearest cases: a glossary page that barely showed up in Search Console, a handful of impressions and no clicks. By the checklist it looked like a page to prune. The hosting logs said something different. GPTBot and ClaudeBot were pulling it repeatedly. The mashup made the split obvious: invisible to Google search, actively read by AI crawlers. That changed the call from cut it to feed it, and it became the basis for the entity work that followed.

Worth Knowing

Real SEO Systems is a way of working, not a certification or a tool you can buy. The value is in the loop, observe then change one thing then measure again then keep what compounds, not in any single dashboard. Anyone with Search Console access and their raw logs can run it. Most people just never join the two.
