Project Everywhere ... Live Campaign Tracking
An open tracking entry for Project Everywhere. The control room now records seven supporting assets, ten timeline events, and BellyUp as the first independent implementation. This update also corrects the public labels attached to the original two-property Day Zero snapshot without rewriting the source receipt.
Project Everywhere tests whether an interconnected portfolio can earn exposure without scaling one person's labor across every discovery channel by hand. Signal Architect Group is the control room. Real SEO Life carries the editorial receipt.
The initial production sequence named six supporting properties. The implementation has already moved beyond that list. The Green Campaign now covers thirteen live properties across six brands. The IBM campaign covers eighteen specialist properties. BellyUp is documented separately as an independent living implementation, with six Atlanta properties using one shared layer of 31 verified restaurants across 19 neighborhoods.
The tracking job is changing with the architecture. Supporting assets, implementations, and campaign examples need separate baselines. A single portfolio-wide number would hide more than it explains.
Evidence
Day Zero source snapshots, captured August 16, 2026:
- Real SEO Life Search Console impressions: 446 - Real SEO Life Search Console clicks: 2 - Real SEO Life distinct queries: 101 - Real SEO Life requests then classified as Good Bot: 51,843 - Signal Architect Group requests then classified as Good Bot: 3,711 - Signal Architect Group Digital Karma Score: 0.72 - Signal Architect Group Search Console connection: not available - Baseline metric fields captured: 6 of 22
The earlier public entry mislabeled 3,711 as GSC impressions and 446 as clicks. The underlying snapshots did not.
After crawler-verification repairs, a current replay of the original bot window returns 1,395 successful content requests for Real SEO Life and 35 for Signal Architect Group. Those counts are not directly comparable with the original broader Good Bot classification. They are recorded here as a measurement correction, not substituted into the historical snapshot.
Current architecture as of September 11: 7 supporting assets, 10 timeline events, 1 independent implementation, 13 Green Campaign properties, 18 IBM campaign properties, and 6 BellyUp Atlanta properties using 31 verified entities across 19 neighborhoods.
Methodology
Keep the dated source snapshots immutable, but correct any public label that describes them incorrectly. Compare Search Console at its natural page or query grain and compare crawler activity using successful content requests, not every recognized request. Do not splice the old broad Good Bot classifier into the repaired one as if the metric never changed.
Each implementation now needs its own baseline, intervention date, discovery metrics, and outcome. Architecture counts are reported separately from search, crawler, citation, human-use, and conversion signals. BellyUp remains architecture proof until those performance measurements exist.
Outcome
Status: active, architecture expanded, performance conclusion open. The portfolio has proved that Project Everywhere can travel into multiple verticals and implementation styles. It has not proved that the distribution produces better discovery or revenue. The corrected Day Zero receipt is now clean enough to measure from.
