Readable Record
Also known as machine readable entry, complete map record
A record a machine can finish. The fields it needs are filled in and the trail from the map leads somewhere, so software can use the entry instead of skipping past it.

Readable here does not mean easy on the eyes. It means a machine can finish the trip.
A record is readable when the fields are filled in and the trail from the map leads somewhere. Software starts at the pin and finds a website. It follows that and comes back with something to say about the business.
A record that stops partway is not scrambled or broken. It reads fine right up to the moment it matters, and then it runs out.
That is why this directory counts readable entries instead of counting businesses. The businesses are all real. The records are what differ.
Where it shows up.
Moore County, North Carolina is the only county in this directory with five or more mapped real estate offices where every one of them is readable. All 8 lead to a website. Bay County, Florida has 12 mapped offices and none of them are readable.
Readable is not the same as correct. A record can be complete and still send somebody to an office that closed last year. Readable only means the entry can be used. Whether it should be is a separate question, and that one is up to the business.
