I do not have clean proof that bot-first SEO is better. Not yet. That is why this belongs as an open case study, not a victory lap.

My Joomla sites were showing up in Google's Dataset report. But my PHP/JSON sites weren't. Same data infrastructure. Different result. Turns out it wasn't a data problem at all ... it was just a simple labeling problem (code syntax to be precise). Here's what that means and why it matters beyond just the Google Search Console report.
